Each fall Mets broadcaster Keith Hernandez vows to lose weight during the upcoming winter. This year he succeeded, losing 15 lbs. This spring, he told fellow broadcaster Gary Cohen that he used intermittent fasting, which he found easy to stick to, as well as avoiding sugar.
